WoWd allows registrations for users to be able to become editors of the db , add comments/commits and/or not display ads.
Depending on the amount of their accepted edits/commits/comments members will be allowed to access xml exports and restricted areas/features.

Accounts are ip based , once you register you are always recognised based on your ip :





* If you are registering a server ip that is to access the xml api enter it's domain , your email will be webmaster@ that domain
